Products purchased from the online store habitare.ua are covered by a warranty that is valid throughout Ukraine.
If necessary, goods purchased from the habitare.ua online store can be exchanged or returned, subject to availability in the showroom or warehouse, no later than 14 calendar days from the date of receipt (in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights” dated 12.05.1991 No. 1023-XII). Exchange or return goods of good quality is possible if their marketable appearance, factory packaging, protective films are preserved, there are no mechanical damages and scratches, and the goods have no signs of use. A document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the specified goods is required.
If the Buyer refuses goods of proper quality purchased from stock, the Seller shall refund the cost of such Goods, excluding the Seller's costs for collecting/disassembling and delivering the returned goods. The exchange of goods in cases provided for by law and this Agreement shall be carried out after contacting us by email or by calling us at the contact number indicated on the website.
